(( These are basically the same question, so I’m lumping them together))
"I act how I do because I act how I fucking want, and if you’ve got some weird issues about it you can fuck off.
…Also if you’re gonna call me a bitch, just fucking do it. I mean, fucking really.”
Oh like Cale said in the rp on ToTT, as charming as a tooth ache XD, gotta say she’s personality of the year as far as characters I’ve run into because of MErp XD.
Cale: ✗ You’d think for Cale it would be one of the larger scars on him that would of had more meaning or more impact but the one that has more impact then some of the larger ones on him is the X shaped scar over his left eye, which was given to him by a husk that jumped him on his last mission when he was in the marines.
✧ Emotionally and mentally Cale is far more scarred then his body is, Cale has a sever drinking problem that stems from his own personal self-loathing he has, that itself stems from his past in the System Alliance Marines, he holds himself accountable for what happened to him and his men on Typhen(Made up colonyyyyy :b) He didn’t just lose soldiers he respected he lost friends, people he would of gone to hell and back again because of a bad call. He believes the state he is in is karma getting back at him. And won’t even try to argue about him having a problem, he KNOWS he lives with it every day, wakes up and looks at himself in a half broken mirror and hates what he sees.
✗ ✧ - Deltus. ✗ ✧ - Daedalis. ✗ ✧ - Slade.
Deltus: ✗ As far as physical scars go, Deltus’s worst scars are mostly around his face, having been caught in a explosion which caused him to lose his right eye and the majority of his right mandible. But the worse part of the damage he suffered is losing his lower jaw and having it replaced with a cybernetic part, the explosion had torn half his lower jaw off and the doctors tell him it was quite a miracle he survived it, or he views it more as a sick twist of fate.
✧ Mental scars are a given after what Deltus had gone through, but through a number of tests and such done on him by his Doctor it was proven that he was fully capable to return to duty but Deltus out of a sense of shame for what had happened and the fact he felt his ability to command had been seriously weakened decided not to, He doesn’t have a very good opinion of how he looks from the damage he had suffered and does his best to hide them one way or another.
Deadalis: ✗ Deadalis has numerous scars running up and down his body, through years of living on Tuchanka and working as a Blood Pack merc but the most noticeable scar, one you see whenever you look him in the face is the large bite mark which seems to run along the outer edge of his face and one on his right shouler along with three claw marks on the left side of his face, when he was young he had been attacked by a Varren on Tuchanka he had been left to his own devices and like usual was tinkering on some broken piece of tech when the creature attacked. In the end he killed the Varren by himself with no aid from his clan, it proved to them that he had more to offer in the end but it is still a situation he despises.
✧ Emotionally and mentally Deadalis isn’t as scarred as his body is, but none the less there is one that has lingered for many years, a more recent one then anything else, it has been one that wakes him up at night and was what brought about him becoming a mechanic on Illium. His last mission with Blood Pack was something the group he worked with was known for. It was hijacking ships and selling their crew as slaves to whoever shells out the most money, They had been tasked with getting more tech friendly slaves and had opted to hit a Quarian trading vessel the job went as planned, they easily overpowered the crew and had begun to round them up when they caught wind of someone trying to send out a distress signal to the Quarian fleet that were in the system. In the end what more or less happens is Deadalis and his Squad breach the captains quarters and in the chaos caused by the breach Deadalis severely wounds a young Quarian girl, he didn’t know who she was only that he had killed her, in the ensuing chaos and commotion of the others rounding up who had been hiding in the room he took a knee by the wounded Quarian girl, seeing she was reaching for what looked like a simple bracelet made out of some kind of leather. When he went to hand it to her the girl, not even a year away from going on her pilgrimage grabbed his arm and he could tell just how frightened she was and in the end all he could do was be there, make her at least feel she wasn’t alone in the end. Something broke in him at that moment, he decided right then that he was done working for Blood pack and he in short killed the group he had come aboard the Quarian ship with and left. (Sorry that ones a bit long winded <W>)
Slade: ✗ Even with the extensive cybernetic work he had done to him and his line of work, he has little to no scars, the only ones that are of any note are the scars where his cybernetic limbs and his body meet, a ring that runs full circle with jagged looking scaring coming up from his cybernetics towards him.
✧ The Mental and emotional scarring is far more severe, the man Slade used to be, a kindly and caring man who simply wanted to help people with the business he ran is dead, the death of his daughter and wife and the trauma he was put through afterwords were the final nails in the coffin that holds the man he used to be. Now all that remains is a cold calculating assassin who has little to no emotion left in him, as if it had all been drained out of him the trauma having sealed it away and only a flicker of the man he used to be rears its head in the little things he used to enjoy or something he may think his daughter or wife would of enjoyed and in the end all that remained was the Abyss. But even then it’s hard to TELL just what he’s feeling his expression rarely changes if that, the best way to tell if he’s experiencing something is through his eyes, as the saying goes ‘The eyes are the window into the soul.’
Gonna assume you meant Nera with this one ‘cause I’m a basic bitch like that, and I’m gonna go with some of her more obvious ones to get them out of the way (and because some peeps don’t know about them)
✗ - One of the more prominent physical scars Nera has is on the back of her neck, leftover from biotic implant incisions that healed poorly… which is actually tied in with the emotional scar below..
✧ - Which is Nera’s intense distrust, hatred, and general phobia of doctors. Or more specifically, being treated by doctors. When she was about 11 or so, she was to have implants put in for her biotics, and she was taken to someone who was about as reputable as Terminus System doctors could get, unbeknownst to Narrok„ was holding a bit of a grudge. He intentionally and rather subtly sabotaged Nera’s implants as a result, something which Nera was only made aware of because he was talking about it before sedatives kicked in. Upon becoming fully aware again she freaked out and, would hide away afterwards, and wouldn’t let people touch her for days to the point where she had to be forcibly held down to be treated, resulting in not-so-optimal post-op care. And of course both physical and mental scars that stick with her to this day.
And here I am now feeling bad for the little psycho….AGAIN damn it Kase @_@
Everybody has some kind of scar. Send me a ✗ to hear about a physical scar my character has, or a ✧ to hear about an emotional/mental scar.

CALE WHY HAVE YOU BETRAYED ME?!!! ;^;
So today at work I had to close with a seasonal employee, who is a girl.
She answered the phone, did the phone greeter proper and suddenly looked rather confused for a moment and set the phone down.
I asked if the guy hung up and she was like, “Yeah, but he said something before it.” “Prank?”…
